Upon walking in I was greeted which was a great start, but finding this place was a total mess. The location is hidden behind many stores and my GPS couldn't even locate it until I was able to see a small sign that looked like the Southern Nevada Health District.
The lady that greeted me upon walking in was very nice and gave me application to fill out. She was nice up until I finished my application and messed up one part. After I completed my application correctly I was given a number and the lady that needed my ID and certificate was very dull when talking to and seemed like she didn't enjoy her job at all and just gave me commands on where to go and told me to "get out of the way" as apparently I was in the way of someone even though she was helping me. Process was fast and simple but customer service needs to be heavily worked on.
