  • I would not even give 1 star except that is the lowest possible. Bought their Groupon for 10 hrs deep cleaning (of which I was told would be 3 people for 3 hrs. & 18 minutes - lol). I booked this 3 weeks out-3 weeks! I called 4 days prior to ask if they brought their own cleaning supplies. Thank goodness I called! I was told they had to reschedule because the manager had to be somewhere else! Huh???? I needed that specific day as I was moving and needed/wanted the clean done after the movers came and went. I was not given any courtesy for my situation and forced to take a reschedule for a day before my movers even came. Thank goodness Groupon understood and gave me a trade in. Canceled immediately. Bye bye Mother Earth Maids! No thank you!
