  • I am so shocked to be giving CC 4 stars...... why? I have been to the Reno one numerous times for work with no option to stay elsewhere and it is HORRIBLE. Filthy rooms, bland, hassle to walk through, loud kids, boring unpleasant employees, length of the check in line...... I was very hesitant to stay the the Las Vegas location and I must say WOW!!!! Every employee we interacted with was so friendly/fun/helpful! Our room was clean and it had all the amenities we needed(other than a fridge) and a huge lit up armoir closet with full mirrors! The bathroom had plenty of counter space. It was very modern! However parking was a concern- their self parking is questionable for safety, but valet is ridiculously priced and should be complimentary to hotel guests, but I guess that's the new Vegas thing now. Normally I tip valet personnel $10 to take and get the car, but parking was $13 nightly- no way I'm paying $33 every night to valet.
