  • IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO I WOULD!!!! After being a loyal customer for TWO YEARS, I have to honestly say that I WILL NEVER GO BACK BECAUSE OF HOW I WAS TREATED!!!! I actually adored this place when it first opened, however I have to admit that their popularity is starting to cause their downfall. The last time I went I came into their doors 11:30AM and did not leave until 3PM. I wanted a fill and polish change for my toes. My sister and I wanted to receive service sitting next to each other but we couldn't because they did not have enough workers which they never do... Okay no big deal until I told the manager that I might change my mind and wanted to get a pedicure, she literally blew up on me and said that I need to make up my mind because she is so busy with customers. Now in my mind I'm thinking that what she said sounded ridiculous due to the fact that as a customer I would be paying this business more money in the end if I were to receive a pedicure instead of a color change! So I shut up and just continued to get a fill and color change. One of their new guys did my fill and it was absolutely horrible! I requested that that he give me a coffin shape but instead I received thick bubble uneven shaped nails. Now I consider myself to be a very honest and reasonable person, I kindly asked the manager Mindy if I could pull her to the side and talk to her when she had time. Mindy responds to me in a high pitch tone saying she is really busy with customers and that I'm going to have to wait after I already told her that I would wait until she had time (WFT) at this point I'm still trying to keep calm. As I'm waiting after already being their for 2 hours I notice about 5 customers coming in and leaving being dealt with before me and they themselves were upset because the nail salon booked their appointments for the wrong day. Now they say they accept walk-in's but They have horrible management and constantly overbook appointments always. FINALLY, she asked me what I needed; and so I started to ask her what she thought about my nail job. I expressed that I should not have to pay for a service that was half done. To make a long drawn out story short. My sister and I were basically YELD AT and told that we were giving her a hard time making her job difficult! We were happy customers walking in, I even asked the manager how she was doing because is she is pregnant at the time. Then to us being yelled at embarrassed in front of all the customer because we felt that our service and experience was unacceptable! They have horrible customer service under pressure and also in general. They are slow as hell, you will wait for a very very long time if they think you are not important enough. For the most part they do a good job but the customer service is going down. They seem to only like to appeal to certain types of individuals in my opinion. So unfortunately I did not feel like I was valued customer and I will not spend my hard earned money on people that can care less about how I feel a service was done for me when I'm actually paying for it!
