  • Ordered filet medium, filet came out rare, had to go back 3 times to kitchen to get it right. Waitress and Manager could not care one bit. I finished my meal before my wife got the steak back right. Someone who cooks for a living should know how to cook a steak medium. There's this thing called a thermometer that tells you how done a steak is. It's not that difficult.
