I am really not sure how this place scores 3.5 stars. I found the place to be significantly over priced for the quality of food being served. Here is what we tried:
Octopus: It's great if you like your food burnt with a charcoal like flavor. Most of it was black from the grill and could not be safely consumed.
Spaghetti with lobster: Menu says the lobster is one pound, but it's more like 1/4 pound. The lobster is not bad. The sauce is just okay. However, the pasta itself is from a box and not fresh like it should be for $36.
Short rib: Meat itself was good. It was fairly salty and the garnishment was a weird celery / salad deal. I would not order it again, but it's not bad.
Summary: the only reason this place survives is simply the celebrity chef buzz and there is a constant flow of tourist. I doubt most people return for a second time. Again, it's not awful, but in Vegas there are far better options.
