  • Never shop here! My boyfriend and I were excited to buy a rosewood bed from them after weeks of shopping. We ordered it on November 16 and we were surprised to get a call that it was going to be in Toronto 2 weeks later. We booked a zip van to pick it up and called the day of delivery to confirm and they said it wasn't here. They said they would get back to us. After 4 weeks of waiting we called and they said it wasn't ready. We called again at 6 weeks and Artemano didn't respond. We kept calling with no response and sent a couple of emails and still no response. Today, 8 weeks after ordering, I finally reached someone. She said that my bed was no longer available. Artemano made note of this on our file on December 23 but never tried to inform us even after we called several times and emailed. She offered me a gift certificated for $125 (after I asked what kind of compensation they would be offering me) and it can't be used online, in-store only. And now all their beds are more money than when we initially ordered. I'm taking my $1800 back and I will never shop with them again.
