  • I checked out the Hendrick House food truck during the Urbana Food Truck rally. They weren't my first choice, but everyone else sold out by the time I got there. It actually was a blessing in disguise :) I ordered a steak sandwich and a kale salad. BOMBTASTIC. It was so good. I don't remember the delicious cheese(s) or sauce(s) on the sandwich, but the marinated steak was very tender and tasty. The kale salad was also good. It was perfectly dressed and I still felt like I wasn't being too bad because, well, I was eating cold, raw, kale. They made it not disgusting and I actually enjoyed it. Success!
