| - Finally made it to Three Spirits. The tap room is pretty large, nice wood on the bar, some ok seating. The crowd on Saturday afternoon around 6 pm was light. I went straight to the bar and ordered. Staff was friendly. They only had 1 IPA, which was thankfully pretty good. My wife like's Saison's and she had several similar style beers to choose from. I do like that they have some little cubby hole type seating. Private-Ish places with a couple of large comfy chairs to sit in. Normally, I don't want private when I go to a brewery, so I didn't sit there, however, its a nice option and I could imagine myself chilling out in one of those. They also had several games including video game, pinball machine, and lots of board games.
They had a band setting up and just started playing as we had to leave. I did notice that the taproom seems pretty loud. I guess the concrete floors and walls reflect a lot of sound. It wasn't the most comfortable feeling taproom, maybe a little too large for the small crowd. Its probably one of the larger taprooms I've been in. I thought the beers were a decent line up, even though IPA's were only one.
Again, not a bad brewery, but given the major stars of the area, the competition is just too advanced to give them more than 3 stars.
