  • I needed a drink after a day full of sadness. My drink of choice was champagne and others at the after funeral party wanted beer. The store is so old looking. I'm spoiled in Northern California with all if the new remodeled Safeway's around me. I haven't been in a store like this in years. While it may have been old it was clean. Another great feature, a massive refrigerated beer case. The beer has its own room. It's own icy cold room. Arizona knows what's up when it comes to the need for cold beer. Check out was slow. But hey it's Arizona, it's slow around here. Not a normal shopping destination, just a stop along along my way.
