  • Forget this place.....a B&B is supposed to make you feel welcome......and the Paradors owner Ed makes you feel like you are imposing on him from the moment you arrive. All you have to do is read his own blog on his website and you see for yourself how much he hates his guests....so please do not take my word for it! After he gives you the long list of things you cannot do, including having his average breakfast on your schedule....since it is only served on the hour, and available only when the amount of guests permit. We ended up eating out both mornings we stayed because he said NO to 9:00 AM!!! He complains about this too in him blog!!!! The rooms are average at best, our shower backed up....likely do to the surface that was peeling off! The furniture was uncomfortable and the bed had a musty odor. It all starts with an owner and this one just does not care! He does not even pick up after his dogs....who expects to step in dog crap when you walk outside in the garden! Find somewhere else, there are plenty of nice places all around Pittsburgh and this is not one of them.....on a side note, the parador is in a really bad area....not very safe at night!
