Ugh, I quit Allegiant years ago, but I needed a last minute flight to Wichita. All the other airlines were over $800 for a one way, so I went with the cheapest choice. Checking in on the app was a pain. It took my Known Traveler Number, but my boarding pass didn't show Pre-TSA. I had to check in at the counter anyway, since I had a checked bag. I gave them my TSA number, and they acted like I was stupid. I've used it fine over a dozen times in the last minute month. They wouldn't do anything about it and made me do regular security. It's just annoying. They also charge $5 to print your boarding pass. I have mobile, but I can't believe how cheap this airline is! The gate was changed 20 minutes after boarding was supposed to start and takeoff was 20 minutes late.
