Look, it takes a lot for me to write a bad review and I truly think giving this location two stars is generous but it all tasted good. Just getting the right thing always seems to be a problem.
I've gone here multiple times and there always seems to be a mess up with my order but this mornings visit was the last straw.
I did the drive through and had to say my order three times for the lady to finally write down what I was saying but that still didn't help. I cannot have dairy because of an intolerance so I ordered a breakfast sandwich without cheese and then a drink with soy milk instead of regular milk because my stomach turns bad with dairy.
I received my sandwich and instead of a sausage egg sandwich without cheese, she gave me egg and cheese instead. As she was fixing that I looked at my drink and they made it a skinny instead of soy. When I called her back over I explained how I truly can't have difficult and I apologize about being difficult I just can't drink it. She just looked at me and fake apologized and then took my drink back.
Not only did I wait in line for 22 minutes, I then had to wait in line for 11 extra minutes for them to fix my order.
I've never been so disappointed or frustrated. What a waste of $10. I will no longer be going to this location and I hope they can get their act in order because it is a great location the can roll in a ton of business, but like I said, this isn't the first time this has happened here.
