| - STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!
Walls are paper thin. You can hear everything going on outside, next to you, and above you. Leasing office staff is rude and not helpful, and they will make it clear that they don't care if their residents stay or go as long as they get your money. The apartments aren't the cleanest, but they're not filthy either. Your parking spot most likely won't be by your apartment. And don't even think about calling the leasing office because they will not answer the phone and if you call back to back they'll pick up and hang up.
Pros: open floor plan which allowed for lots of natural light, the new pools are nice, reasonable rent, online payments, maintenance is pretty prompt, close to food places and the highway.
Cons: parking sucks, there's a chance you may not receive your packages so check with the office and keep up with your tracking number (happened to me twice), office staff lies and is shady, laundry facilities are filthy, you have to pay to use the gym, and you'll never know what your rent will be because your water/sewer/trash is never the same.
My experience: wasn't all bad until the end. They have me the runaround when putting in my move out notice then tried to say I didn't give proper notice. Once I moved out I received a bill they sent to collections without even speaking with me first for over $100 for a housekeeping and cleaning fee, the gave me one parking spot then gave me another saying the first one was someone else's, I moved in in March 2016 and the pools didn't open until December. Make sure to read your lease top to bottom inside out before moving here, because they will do whatever they can to squeeze extra money out of you. The rent of cheap, but should be cheaper for what you get. I will never move into another grey star.
Also the leasing office asks tenants to remove negative reviews.
Update to my review:
I'm moving in my new place in two days. (Today is Thursday) The new complex has tried since last Friday to reach Indian Springs for a rental verification. They would not answer calls or fax back the form. It took almost a week to finally get a response. I strongly feel this is due to me leaving a not so great review. I'm just glad my ties to Indian Springs are officially done.
