  • Okay so I took in a pair of loafers that were defective and the leather had ripped from the stitching and this Kipling duffle rolling bag I've had for years. The shoes you can't tell they were ever ripped. The luggage needed to get the tires replaced. I was told the tires take a couple of weeks to be ordered and they were expensive $38 ea. I still wanted them since I have a sentimental attachment to this bag. Work was done beautifully, on time and at the agreed upon price. The owner was courteous and professional. I really liked him
