The management at this facility has clearly shown that they do not teach customer service to their staff. Especially when the staff argues with a customer about what they said. I simply stated that the price on menu was different than the price on the screen and all she could say was I don't know what to say to you about it. I then pointed out that she had charged me for a blast instead of a shake. She then proceeded to tell me that is what I had ordered. I asked her to learn some customer service skills and I proceeded to leave the store I will not spend money with a management team that will not teach their staff any customer service skills.
