  • This place has become a favorite of mine over the last few years - in town frequently for business and Sky is across the street from my usual hotel. I've explored the hot entrees (Spicy Mongolian gets a thumbs up), but always come back to sushi! Seared Yellowtail is a must have and so is the Bang Bang Shrimp starter. One of the specials today was a Fiesta Roll with tuna, cucumber, and fresh salsa topped with yellowtail and lime, so yummy! Service is always a touch slow, but I like to enjoy a cocktail and take my time so it doesn't bother me.
