You would think that a simple salad like this would be nothing too spectacular but this one was absolutely over-the-top delicious! There was a honey goat cheese coulis spread across the plate with the arugula salad built on top of it of red, golden & candy cane beets, Anjou pear, with lemon vinaigrette and Grana Padano parmesan, raw julienned candy cane beets, and sorrel cress arranged strategically in a row.
