  • Do not move in here. Ive lived here 6 years, great until this new company took over. They reversed my rent payment 2 days after i came in to check if it was paid correctly and handled like it said online. Then after reversing it (clearly their error) they started charging me 10 dollars a day late fee for rent i thought was already paid because they said it was 2 days earlier. No phone call no anything. Just an extea 80 dollars worth of "late fees" completely UNPROFESSIONAL. If your company makes such a huge mistake with rent payments they need to at least be responsible enough to make a call explaining the mistake instead of tacking on more fees.
