  • I experienced outstanding customer service at this West Elm location. We picked out 2 gorgeous rugs (the sales associate - I think Bruce was his name? - helped me a ton with design ideas), which for one reason or another did not work out. Anyhow, I lost the receipt, and they were still willing to help me out. Anna, the store manager, was extremely accommodating. I ended up getting a bunch of gorgeous gallery frames instead for our walls. I've always loved West Elm's bedding, but they have so many great items...Including the Tartine cookbook I just spotted yesterday...but that will have to wait for a birthday present;) Long story long, this store is run by helpful and friendly salespeople who also have a great eye for decorating. Thanks West Elm for being so flexible with us! We'll be back for sure.
