  • The man (I think he's the owner) that works the counter now is so dry. This is the second time I've been here in the last 3 weeks & he doesn't greet you when you walk in, does smile, tries to speak to you as if you're stupid when you ask a simply question & he's short w/customers as if they're bothering him. I witnessed hi speaking to a female customer & apparently, they lost a package. She was really sweet & didn't appear to be upset but was inquiring about tracking the item. He kept over speaking her instead acknowledging her concern & reassuring her that he was doing everything possible to get the item back to her. I really dislike patronizing business who don't value their customers. I gave him a second chance but I won't be back.
