  • I discovered Ballantyne Jewelers over 12 years ago when they occupied a little storefront shop in the Ballantyne Commons East Shopping Center. Sami worked tirelessly and patiently with me for weeks as I decided upon an engagement ring for my wife. During that time, I shopped a dozen or so jewelers, however, returned to Ballantyne Jewelers and purchased an incomparably beautiful diamond that I could find nowhere else in Charlotte. Not only was their selection superior but their prices were remarkably competitive which is surprising for the upscale area in which they reside. Since that time, they have relocated to their own beautiful brick building at Torrington and have become my go-to jeweler for all occasions. I have made a half dozen or so purchases there and don't even consider other jewelers. Even after a couple of years away, Sammy and his entire family have always remembered me and met me with a smile and an enthusiastic greeting. They serve me and others with respect and truly seem to appreciate their patrons as people first and customers second. Like so many other reviewers, I recommend them wholeheartedly.
