  • I don't understand companies that say they can come out and look at your problem and give you a quote and then don't show up. I spoke with Edgar yesterday morning, who seemed friendly and interested and would be out early afternoon for a quote on a repipe for tenants who have no water right now - it was urgent. He said to text him the address, which I did to the number I had called. Around 3:30 I texted again asking if he had made it out there to my apartments - no reply. At 7PM I text again, no reply. This morning I called and got a generic answering machine, not identifying if this was the correct phone number and it says I have reached a completely different number than I had dialed, so I assume it's a forwarded number? I left a message - but just super strange to not even know if you are reaching the right company. I verified that the number is the same one I called and got hold of Edgar yesterday - so not sure what their problem is. I mean I get it if you are stuck at another job - but just call me and tell me you have to reschedule!
