  • The day before I went into another David's bridal(paradise valley).... I was ignored for ten minutes and the place was run down and mayhem. I walked into this David's bridal with zero expectations and this time I had my mother in law. The dress I wanted to try on the day before but got ignored was front and center when we entered. The ladies were 100 times nicer at this store and was given A+ customer service that was genuine! I tried on three rockstar dresses and ended up purchasing the dress I wanted to try on all along. I'm happy I was ignored at the PV store because I got to purchase it from wonderful people and had the best time trying on dresses with their staff! The store is absolutely gorgeous and can't rave about it enough! Thank you David's bridal at fashion square for helping me find my dream dress and giving me an experience I will never forget!!!!
