I've been to hundreds of concerts across the country and I'm attempting to write a review of every venue to assist my concert going troubadours.

I'm really torn between 3 and 4 stars.
On one hand, excellent staff; we didn't want for anything. At one point, we asked for water and received free bottles. The three of us did run up a $170 bar tab in 2 hours, so this was a nice courtesy - shows the staff is paying attention to their customer needs.
The bathrooms are immaculate and the sound was pristine (acoustic show).
But, I'm used to rowdy venues where beer bottles are whizzing past my head and the concertgoers are moshing. Hard Rock as a concert venue was a little too corporate, too sterile (a little too expensive) and I'm afraid I might lose some street cred writing so favorably about it.
The one issue I have is the venue must have sat dinner patrons up to a certain time because there were a lot of kids and older people wandering around, in and out of the bathrooms and down the ramps (generally people who wouldn't attend a Chris Knight show). It felt like going to my nephews' birthday party where alcohol is served, but you can't get drunk in front of the kids and grandparents. Overall, it restrained my rowdiness a little.
