  • Sadly, after my 15 month lease, I had no choice but to not renew and move. Here are my two biggest and only complaints: 1) Management does ABSOLUTELY nothing to control loud and inconsiderate, obnoxious neighbors. A family with a toddler moved upstairs and it was constant screaming, crying, jumping, running and stomping for the last three months I was there. I reported this numerous times and it only got worse. Reading other reviews, it appears like this is a big problem. 2) After always making my payments on time and never being a problematic tenant they made is impossible to consider renewing my lease. They WILL raise your rent significantly higher to where you have no choice but to leave. Your loss. Hope they read these reviews and fix these issues. It's a shame because the area and apartments are beautiful. It's too bad.
