Wow! I have a better one for you. So, I called today to make an appointment with Kayleigh because I like her and how she does my hair and after I was told to come in at 11 on Thursday after I gave my name all of a sudden the girl said oh I have to have Kayleigh call you. Well, apparently after my last visit here and my updated review the manager called a staff meeting and they decided that now the base price for a balayage is 150 instead of 120 so that it includes toner (but probably not time, as that seems to be an issue now) so... in seeing their pricing error and telling clients more than half way through the price has changed do you think they called to apologize to me for what they did and say they have fixed the error? Nope! Instead the manager apparently decided that I am unappreciative and can't come back. Excuse me? I am unappreciative???? No honey I don't like being ripped off! How about that!! You have some nerve saying that I'm unappreciative of Kayleigh. I still tipped her after your ass tried to rip me off. You are the most piss poor manager/owner or whatever the hell you wanna call yourself, that I have ever met. You are so beyond unprofessional getting cocky and waving your hand in clients faces I'm surprised you've even made it in business this long. Word of mouth is very big in business and honey you just did yourself in and lost any and all business I was sending your way. So yes, by all means people, if you want to be ripped of and spoken to like a piece of trash, please do go here. Otherwise steer clear. Next time, have the balls to call me yourself instead of hiding behind your employees that are probably underpaid and overworked.
