Our 4 year old LG refrigerator stopped working on a Friday early afternoon (#justgreat). I first called Sears appliance repair, who, after a game of 50 questions, told me the earliest they could send someone out would be in a week and a half. WHO can wait a week and a half for their fridge to be repaired?!? I hung up the phone and started looking for alternatives on Yelp.
Justin answered the phone and asked a few questions about the problem we were having with our fridge. He kindly explained that he was driving, but said to text him a few details and he could be out to our house later that day. I texted him our address, the error code I was seeing, and a picture of the model number / tag and we were set.
He showed up to our house later that day as promised, took a look at the fridge for a bit, and then informed us what the problem was (which was what I suspected based on my internet digging using Google and the error code I was seeing). He said he had already picked up the parts and could repair it immediately if that was what we wanted (#betterthanbuyinganewfridge). The fridge was up and running, good as new within an hour or two of his arrival (and within about 5 hours of my original distress call to him).
Appliance repairs are not a happy occasion for anyone, but Justin made the process as painless as possible.
