  • This was the most horrible experience I've ever had at a salon. My appointment was at 10:00. I arrived at 9:55 and had to wait until 10:45! I watched the person I was scheduled to be with offer the client before me a slew of extra services while I waited for my appointed time. When I was sick of waiting and started to leave someone finally stepped in to ask me to stay. When I told the hairstylist that I was unhappy she rolled her eyes and said it wasn't her fault! The hair cut was meager at best. The stylists huffing and puffing was annoying as well.
