The a/c needs work. The parking and bell hop aren't too helpful. I had a couple people at front desk acting immature and off but no Kelly. She was golden and my experience whole. I'm a Marriott gold holder and value my experiences dearly. With the majority of usual service sub par, especially with attendants checking cell phone text messages while assisting me, Kelly was helpful, direct, full of eye contact and fully in the moment. Heck, I own three business and would see no hesitation hiring her! Thanks for recovering from the painful parking experience and 81 degree recurring broken AC heat along with tg gal at desk willing to bill for two bags of chips to cover my $10 gold credit experience. I love Marriott! AC my wife is working to get around the service and parking. But Kelly in my book kicks bootie!! Good thing I pay bills.
