  • Absolutely horrible customer service. Tricked me into buying the extended warranty on an used vehicle (no biggie since you can cancel within 30 days for a full refund). Sent in the cancellation paperwork 6 days later. Several followup calls/emails over the next weeks assured it was being handled. Finally called the warranty company today (46 days later) and they have no record of the cancellation request. Honesty and customer service go a long way, and this place has neither...
