  • I attended one of their auto workshop classes for women and I picked up a few practical tips on car maintenance. They gave away free oil changes to everyone, and my car was due for one, so that was timely. No problem getting an appointment the next day. The front desk, however, needed to be more attentive to waiting customers. One guy was busy with a customer, but the other one was just sitting there doing nothing. The busy guy had to leave, and told me that someone else would be helping me. I just stood there, and five minutes later, the guy who was just sitting there decided to ask if he could help me. I waited two hours for an oil change, but I thought the oil they used was good. They put Castrol GTX Magnatec into my car. I'm not an oil expert, but my car seems to be running more smoothly, and I am happy with that. I think giving free workshops and free oil changes is a super idea, thank you!
