  • It is a typical auto-zone. Usually I get superior service at autozone, but this one was horrible. The manager "Robin" was incredibly rude and lazy. I was looking for a tow-strap. I asked where they were located and she sat on her fat backside, pointed her finger in the general direction of the back of the store and said "down there." I walked in the direction she lazily pointed out and could not find them. I asked if she could be a bit more helpful and help me look, she said "dude, they ate in that area and if there aren't any we're out." Needless to say, I did not purchase the strap, or the back up camera I was also going to but along with seat covers, floor mats and a steering wheel cover. I sincerely hope a regional manager reads this bc I am going to make it a point to tell every dingle person I meet to avoid this store and the worthless manager.
