  • The customer service and billing procedures are substandard with incompetence being rampant. My favorite was a sealed bottle with a label floating inside. Quality control? I tried it for 3 months and decided to end the service. Still waiting to get my deposit back after 6 weeks.. I got this through costco. Usually costco gets it right with various endorsed vendors. Not this time!
