  • Just happened to be driving by on my way to one of those quickie oil change places. I drive a Ford and thought "I've seen the commercials for the 'quick lane' service for oil changes and such, let me check it out" ... The price was comparable to one of those "quickie" lube places, with competent technicians... Lee the service writer welcomed me, found out why I was there and in less than 5 minutes, my car was being pulled in, Lee was professional and courteous, yet friendly, as were the rest of the staff in that office. The technician who performed the work and inspection of the car was quick and concise, he didn't try to "up sell" me on things I didn't need, did inform me of things that were a concern, which I had known about but they didn't try to 'take me to the cleaners' so to speak... Being a former Master ASE Certified technician and Service Writer myself, I appreciate the way I was treated and the way they treated my car and it's nice to take my Ford to a Ford dealer for service. You can bet when it comes time for service or concerns with my vehicle ... this is where I'll be going. Thanks guys for the good work!!!! You've got my business ...
