Extremely frustrating experience. Had an appointment for an oil change. Showed up 10 minutes early and was told it would take an hour or so for my oil change. Seemed a little long but I went with it. I sat for 90 minutes then finally asked the status and my "advisor" told me he knew it was taking long and would find out what the deal was but would likely be another 15-20 minutes. He honestly seemed to want to just get rid of me vs actually caring that I was frustrated. Finally after about 2 hours my oil change was done and they didn't charge me for it, but they truly didn't seem to care or even acknowledge that it was unacceptable for them to waste my time with no explanation. The cashier didn't care, didn't apologize, had zero thought or concern for the experience. I actually would rather have paid for the service and have them show one shred of care for my experience than to have it "comped" with no concern. And I wasn't paying for the service anyway (it's a company car so it wasn't my money they "saved" but it was my 2 hours they wasted). What's the purpose of having an appointment if they're going to mismanage their service schedule and make an hour long service take twice that long? Very annoyed and frustrated by the overall experience. It would have made things slightly better had their people actually seemed to care, but that's 2 hours of my time I'll never get back.
