| - 6 months into service (3 visits) and a tech failed to show up at the appointed time, understandable, it happens, I just figured we pay again in the next service period. The problem is that we still got charged for service, there was no receipt, no access to the backyard, or inside of house, yet the tech brought back a receipt and "proof" that he used 16 gallons of product. It was basically his word against ours (aside from the proof of the outbound calls to the tech several times on my phone.) They reluctantly issued a refund after a long struggle, but I still have to say I was shocked that they kept telling me "you must be mistaken, he was there" again and again. I am not some delusional, drunk, or forgetful person that would try and "get one over" on someone, it was burned into my memory pretty well when it happened, since I was very close to telling them not worry about coming back again in 60 days.
