| - I wish I could give zero or negative stars cause this place is bad. Food was below average. Had a burger at lunch time. It comes on a brioche bun. Really??? Don't really know how you screw up a burger but they made it seem easy. Our server was non existent. It would have been a more pleasurable experience if I would have taken the order, rang it in myself, brought it to the table, and checked back on ourselves. I have worked in the service industry a long time and I must say that it is not any of the employees faults for our horrifically bad experience. It's managements fault. Inattentive and nonexistent managers are the ones to blame. Bad managers make bad employees. My friend ordered a side of guacamole with his meal and comically it didn't arrive with our food. No surprise there. When we were able to get someone to finally notice us, mind you it was a weekday and the restaurant was slammed (insert sarcasm here) it took one of us to leave the booth and walk over to where the cool kids hang out (the server side station) and they were doing absolutely nothing except standing there doing absolutely nothing. I must have motioned with my hand 10 times that we needed something and I swear 6 of the 10 times at least one of the 3 girls there saw me every time and ignored me. We finally got the guacamole. Fast forward to when the check came. Remember the side of guacamole? There were 2 sides on the check. Not that I think we should have gotten it for free, even tho we waited for it and basically had to get up from the table to get it ourselves, actually I could have probably gotten it faster then they did, but we were double charged. I asked about the double charge and the server said that the price was right. I just wanted to leave by now but my buddy insisted that we weren't going to pay for something we didn't order. So he asked for a manager. We watched the server walk over to a man sitting in front of a laptop at the corner of the bar. They talked for a few seconds, we watched him look our way. The server returned and told us the manager was busy and if we wanted we could wait a while to talk to him. Seriously??? Does both the manager and the server honestly think that we are total morons? They must, because we watched it all go down. Unless the guy at the end of the bar wasn't the manager, actually I can understand why everything was so poor if he was the manager because at 12:45 in the middle of lunch he should probably be on the floor and not on a computer at the bar, if he wasn't the manager then the server never went and got him which is super awesome. Anyway, I'm actually mad that I went out of my way to review a place that would be much much better if it would just close it's doors for ever.
Food = below average
Service = very poor
Management = horrendous
Hire capable managers and servers with experience. Not just the ones that are nice to look at.
