  • I have rented from Sabans the first time and they offered a great deal for a pick up truck while I was renovating my condo.The truck was a s@&t box and kept over heating. Well it served the purpose. Since then I rented another truck because I needed it to move some furniture and then some family was coming out to visit the following week. When I brought the vehicle back I told"Pete" (the owner) that I needed a car for the following week and he said to pick any one of the cars on the lot in a certain row and it would be $189 for the week. Well, this car was a six year old impala that had160,00 miles on it which you couldn't see real easy because someone took the time partially cover the odometer. Well it served the purpose until I returned it.I was in a hurry to get to the airport and when I got home, I realized I was over charged for fuel that was not used and for the vehicle, $249 per week not $189 quoted. When I called him to dispute the bill he used profanity and told me I was wrong and if I didn't like it go somewhere else. Well my bill for the two weeks was over $700 dollars. Total ripoff to rent shit boxes. Do not use this company Phoenix Car rental owner "Pete". I will peruse the matter in court and notify the attorney general.
