  • Staff is friendly with great English. The loft room has a great view and less noise then I'd expect being downtown. Bathrooms are more European style and small but functional. Room (and bathroom) has an abundance of mirrors. Room has dishes, silverware, and stemware to go with the microwave, dorm sized fridge, and sink. Very convient to malls, museums, and river. Many attractions are within comfortable walking distance. Easy to reach by bus from the airport. The 747 bus stops across the street. No pool or pool cabanas but we did not miss them, too much else to do.
