  • I understand they are a collection service but they have no regard for people that have fallen on hard times. Yes life happens and yes some debts can be avoided but they are ruthless and could care less about anything but making your life miserable. I bet majority of them are in a glass house throwing stones at the rest of us but their backyard isn't cleaned either. Just have a little more respect and options for people.
