If I could go lower I would. We have taken our vehicle to Freeway for years and the last three visits were a nightmare. First they replaced the left axle - still not driving properly took it in...and of course now it was the right that had to be fixed. With three kids did not want to risk it and had the repairs done. When the vehicle was ready a hubcap was missing - they were going to check the cleaning bay and phone me. No phone call..and a day later the van was worse than it was before I had initially took it in. Had it looked at this morning and now they say I had to have hit something and now need to do an additional $800 in repairs. I already paid over $800 with the last two visits. When I confronted about the hubcap and if they did the damage since it was missing for the last repair - the tech disappeared to go and look in the bay -again - and never returned, I have not idea where he ran off to (early lunch maybe).....so I just left??? I never hit anything and they should fix damage they obviously did to the vehicle... bottom line - I paid over $800 in repairs to now the van drives worse!
