First stop on the long list of southwest cuisine in AZ. Solid New Mexican food. Liked the outdoor courtyard with a little pond and plenty of cacti. Definitely a kitschy, touristy vibe.
Also a first for me was trying hatch chiles! Had them in the hatch enchiladas, and really enjoyed it. Could have been slightly spicier.
Our waiter wasn't overly attentive, but nothing to complain about. Overall, didn't get the impression that this is an established Mexican eatery in Phoenix, but hey, it's better than most places offered in Wisconsin.
