I ordered the fukumimi Ramen topped with egg, green onion, dried paper seaweed, and pork chasu. The noodles are thin, had a good chew and held its texture till the last bite. The broth had a nice strong flavor and not overly salty. The oils had a good sheen to it. You can add more spice or oils to accommodate your own taste buds. The pork was pretty fatty and the egg was more hard boiled than having a runny/soft yolk.
Try out the appetizers such as their Agedashi tofu, gyoza and honey garlic chicken! It very much compliments your entire meal
Overall, the price was a bit steep for for what you get. The portion size was smaller than most Ramen spots I been to but I was still satisfied with my meal. It still filled me up. On the plus side, they have a bonus stamp card that can lead you to a free appetizer when you complete 10 visits. The atmosphere is welcoming and not overcrowded at all. You can walk in and sit without having to squeeze through to get to your spot.
P.s. There is no dessert at the end of your meal. Lol but you can always go next door to Baskin Robins for ice cream after.
