| - Always wanted to try this place. My Bday is the day to do so! Went in around 11:40ish am just after they opened not long ago. Place was really super clean and minimalist. Love it!
Display case was super posh and sleek! Pastries were all on fleek!
Got a Ham & Cheese Crossiant & a Caramel Latte. Hubby got A London Fog, Lemon Danish, & Pistachio Brioche.
Crossiant was super flaky and crisp! Love the Sharp Cheese they used in the crossiant. Caramel Latte had a cute heart artwork with it. Sweetness was just right with a hint of caramel. Loved it!!
Tried a bite of the Lemon Danish & Pistachio Brioche. All were super flaky and crisp! But the brioche I didn't really tasted much of the pistachios. But still super tasty!
Came here also to get my Bday desserts to celebrate. Too many to choose from so only chose four. Will try the others some other time.
I chose:
1. Virgo(Honey Marshmallow, Espresso Mousse, Chocolate Flourless Biscuit, White Chocolate Cream, Chocolate Crème Brûlée, & Almond Shortbread)
2. Nova(Vanilla Cream, Caraïbe Crèmeux, Milk Chocolate Mousse, Pistachio Mousseline, Hazelnut Dacquoise, & Chocolate Sablé)
3. Mont Blanc(Chestnut Vermiceli with Rum, Vanilla Mascarpone Cream, Chestnuts soaked in aged Rum, & Shortbread Crust)
4. Hazel(Dark Chocolate Mousse 66%, Hazelnut Praline Crisp, & Hazelnut Dacquoise enrobed with Toasted Sesames)
They were all fabulous! You can really tell they really put a lot of effort in making their desserts, perfectly! All the intergite layers and flavours just melds together in your mouth bursting with flavour & textures! Their tart shells were super thin, so it makes it extra easy to eat with just a cut of the fork though it.
My all time favourite if I must choose, was Hazel! I love the texture and flavours, they match so well together. The dacquoise the praline & toasted sesames just danced in my mouth!
Will definitely go back to try others!!
