  • What has happened to customer service?! I live near this Target and shop very often here. Staff does not know how to deal with customers. There's been two occasions were I've asked for a price match from their OWN website, manager denied it... I learned to go to the ladies at customer service who seem to be more knowledgeable than the manager but also lack customer service. Customer service is a big issue overall with this location. Price signs are always mislabeled. I recently had enough of this and left the items at the counter to go and check, once again, on the labels myself because no one offered to check, two ladies approached the counter and looked in the add. I told them about the sign and they didn't care kept saying it's not in the add... Went back to the item and I called one of the ladies that seemed to be in charge of the area, she seemed to just defend the sign and kept looking for the item that was on sale!! The entire rack had a big selection of one item and on the far right probably about 8 items of something else. Well in between those items of 8, 2 were meant for the label. This happens very often! Same goes for the make-up and health area!! I can never trust that I will get the price of what the labels say. Cashiers dont seem to know anything about anything from the store, not even questions on the cartwheel. The answers to anything are "i think" or "perhaps" when I ask for help. Old labels on Mondays from Saturdays deals. The electronic staff also lacks customer service. I also had an experience with a special in their add, they never got soda Squirt cans in stock and it was advertised. A staff member, a man, said he would give me small bottles for the deal. I thought that was fine, I took two 8 packs but he only approved one 8 pack for replacement of a 12 pack of cans. I guess my loss their gain... The deli staff has been helpful. I've ordered cakes and they are very accommodating to any request. The only problem is they are never around in the area. This is a good neighborhood I wish they could improve, but I've been shopping here for years and nothing has changed. My household has turned to Amazon for more of our shopping needs.
