I rented a property managed by Red Brick in he Arcadia Lite Phoenix area between August 2015-September 2016. While I enjoyed my time at the property, the staff, and Mario Montoya in particular, were highly unprofessional. It took 4 phone calls and several weeks just to get a copy of or lease after move-in. Similar wait times were experienced for a pressing maintenance issue. Lastly, a sizable percent of our security deposit was withheld without explanation.
I would avoid this company if possible.
