I've been to Franklins, supposedly the best brisket in the world, and this was better. So juicy, so full of flavour. The sides were good too and the pecan pie was spectacular.
We got there at 12:30 and there was a huge line. By 1:15 the line was almost gone.
The sauces were homemade and delicious. The rib fell off the bone, the turkey was smoked without being too dry.
