  • Completely disappointed in the customer service here. Walked in and sat at the bar where it took more than a few minutes to be acknowledged. While I'm usually okay with waiting, there was a grand total of six other people in the entire establishment and both bartenders were on their phones completely ignoring their patrons. Certainly not a good way to make a first impression. When someone finally approached me I asked for a sample. I was given the sample it a hot glass (mind you this was a sample from a tap...) paired with a snooty look from the bartender. Unfortunately I didn't get the names of the bartenders so I can't tell you who to avoid. The beer itself, an "espresso" imperial stout was mediocre at best. Was quite watery and I'm not even sure it had any hint of espresso. I will not be returning unless forced. Too bad too because I'd love to try other beers, however I'm assuming I'd just be ignored if ever went back.
