  • Tealish is tea lover's best friend in Toronto. Located on Walnut Ave a little side street off the Queen West strip, Tealish can be tricky to find but it is well worth discovering. Inside one can find a plethora of teas ranging from the toasty Genmaichas, robust Oolongs and uniquely flavored tea blends such as my favourites- the dessert tasting Walnut Ave green or the aromatic and exotic patisserie. Staff are friendly and knowledgeble and will let you sniff around their expansive selection so you can get a "nose" for what you will enjoy. Also on offer in the store's cafe are a variety of tea-based drinks, tea latte's, iced teas or smoothies perfect refreshment for a hot day. The teas are of excellent quality here, most everything I've tried so far has brewed a strong cup brimming with flavor, aroma and warmth.
